Prof Dr SI Joephin Soundar MDS

Dr. SI Joephin Soundar is currently working as a HOD of Department of Digital Dentistry at Rajas Dental college & Hospital. He has completed his BDS & MDS from the Tamilnadu DR.MGR Medical university. He is a renowned implantologist with fine clinical skills and acumen with a clinical experience of more than 12 years. He is currently Board certified Digital Dentist by Digital Dental Society under the mentorship of Dr. Mahmoud Ezzat – Digital Smile Academy, Egypt.

An astute clinician with a keen interest for innovation and improvisation , he runs a private practice in Nagercoil tamilnadu with exclusive emphasis on implantology, Digital and Cosmetic Dentistry. His illustrative didactic lectures cut a niche among the younger generation of students. He has conducted many lectures, workshops and training programs. Apart from scientific publications in reputed journals , he has also hosted a variety of educational content in numerous online platforms for the benefit of students and patients. His fields of interest and expertise include evidence based prosthetically driven implantology , Digital Smile Designing, Bonded restorations and full mouth rehabilitation. He’s also trained in software such us Exocad, Nemotech: Nemosmile 3D, Nemoscan, Ruthenium Digital, Blender for Dental.
